Day 1

Today is January 7th 2014, and the first time I've had time to write in 2014 and I've decided today should be the day I make a change. You know "New Year, New Beginnings." Following the festive season, I've piled on a lot of weight and want to document my journey losing weight. My weight like any other girl's yo-yos all the time, and I'm sick and tired of feeling "Fat". Everyone has their fat days no matter what shape or size and so do not pass judgement as I label myself the big F word. Because compared to how I used to be I have bloated out and my love handles are uncontrollable, my thighs are flabby, my legs are skinny, my ankle is ridiculously tiny (something I've come to accept will not change) but hey, I am determined to change everything I can. I will tone up, eating healthy and exercising frequently.

I hope you enjoy my exercise journey, I will regularly post pictures of myself (not in a narcissistic way) but instead, in a way to inspire other young girls who would like to tone up and get fit. Please note, I am doing this the HEALTHY way & so please allow time for my body transformation to take place. I will regularly upload tips from other bloggers, personal trainers, dietitians & people who can help.

Anyways, I hope you can truly connect with my exercise journey.
